Describe the actual contents clearly
Use a plain and specific description that matches the purchased item, warehouse photos and invoice. A vague label such as gift, sample or accessories can make a review harder when it does not explain the contents. Do not hide a battery, liquid, powder, food, medicine, glue or another sensitive component. PikoBuy's published rules say these products can carry higher delivery risk or require compatible handling, while dangerous, unlawful and prohibited goods cannot be mailed.
Declared value should match your evidence
Keep the product order, seller page, payment record and warehouse record so the amount can be supported if customs asks. PikoBuy does not publish one universal declaration value for every US parcel, and this guide does not recommend inventing a lower number. If a parcel is detained, returned or confiscated
A customs hold is not automatically a lost parcel. Follow the official tracking record and reply to legitimate document requests.
