The return clock
For an eligible item, request a return within five days after the status becomes Warehoused. PikoBuy defines this as 120 hours beginning from the next hour.
Published cost formula
An unconditional return costs the return shipping to the seller, the seller's original shipping charge and a 5 RMB service fee.
Important exclusions
Customised, second-hand, underwear, food, adult and certain opened sealed goods may be ineligible. Missing tags, packaging or accessories can also prevent a return.
