Warehouse photos help identify visible problems before international shipping, but they cannot prove authenticity or internal quality.
What to check on every item
Compare colour and model with the order, check the size label, count included pieces, inspect visible surfaces and confirm packaging requests.
Clothing and shoes
Look at stitching, symmetry, sole alignment, stains, glue marks, measurements and the product label. Ask for a ruler photo when fit matters.
Bags and accessories
Check hardware colour, zips, straps, corners, engraving placement and included accessories. Close-up photos are useful for small details.
Electronics
A warehouse inspection is normally visual. It may not confirm battery condition, performance, internal components or authenticity.
Act within the return window
PikoBuy's published policy generally requires an eligible return request within 120 hours after the item becomes warehoused. Seller rules still apply.
